SPIVEY, CAROLYN JEAN, 64, Passed peacefully at home on July 30th, 2014. CAROLYN SPIVEY will be deeply missed by her daughters, Stacie Dominguez, Melissa Kerbo and husband Terry, and Michelle Rains; siblings, Bill Spivey, Roy Spivey, Jerry Spivey, and Heather Reed; grandchildren, Amanda DeWitt, Michael Wright, Corey Rains, Maya Hernandez, Seth Kerbo, Pearl Hernandez, and Ava Hernandez.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Jane Spivey, and her brother, Rodney Spivey.
Memorial service will be held in Skyvue Victoria Chapel 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd. on August 2nd at 11:00am.
