A great heart has stopped beating. A determined soul has gone to rest. Although born on 11/10/1933, Frank said his life began when he married the love of his life, Norma, who survives.
He also leaves behind his beloved children: daughters, Karen LaBarre (Daniel), Christine Bartch (Lance), son, Craig (Tammy); step-children, daughter, Lori Bruffy-lorg and son, James Hipp (Gail); numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
