Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday, at Skyvue.
Cathy was preceded in death by the father of her children, Joe Stubblefield.
Survivors: Children, Jacob and Charli Stubblefield; parents, Billy Wagoner and wife Susan, Brenda Scott and husband David; sister, Sharon Wilkinson and husband Kevin; grandchildren, Kaiden, Kaitlyn, and Christopher; niece and nephew, Sheradi and Kolton Wilkinson.
