Linda Taft

Linda Gail Taft, 68, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10, 2017.
Funeral: 11 am Friday, in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Burial: Marystown Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Linda Gail Taft was born March 24th, 1949.she was always a Loving, caring, compassionate woman, who had a zest for life and a love for others. She married her sweetheart August 20th, 1965. They were married for 33 years. They had 5 children. Linda was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in December of 2015. After fighting the hardest battle of her life, She passed peacefully surrounded by friends and close family.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Claude Taft; grandchildren, Eric Patterson Jr. and Pamela Patterson; brother, Harry E. Harrison; sister, Shirley Hollevoet.
Survivors: Children, Robert K. Taft and wife Paige, Stephen E. Taft and wife Natalie, Stephanie K. Kent and husband Dwayne Leigha J. Taft Patterson and husband Eric, and Michael Manley and wife Katie; siblings, Barbara Russell, Dorothy Morehead, Russell Semm, Michael Westbrook, and Sandra Joy Taft-Voth and husband Gene; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
