Mike P. Taylor, 70, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 27, 2017.
Celebration of Life: 10 am Saturday, June 10, 2017, at Mansfield Funeral Home in Mansfield.
Mike was born on September 30, 1946 in McKinney, Texas. He graduated from L.D. Bell High School in 1965. He attended Temple Junior College and played basketball on a scholarship. Mike was employed at Bell Helicopter for 39 years and retired in 2008. He enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time at Lake Palestine. He was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Irene “Sissy” Herren and Clifford Alexander Herren Jr.
Survivors: Daughter, Ashley Berner and her husband, KC; brother, Cliff Herren III; grandchildren, Grayson Berner and Zachary Berner.
