Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Funeral: 2 pm Friday, February 8, 2019 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Gardens.
Octavia was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Ann Fincher and husband Steven Fincher, father, Charles Hegwood.
Survivors: Husband, Richard Thomas ; daughter, Khelsea Lawson; son, Brayden Thomas; step children, Ashley White, Michael Thomas, Jennifer Thomas, and Richard Thomas Jr.; brothers, Charles Hegwood Jr. and James Hegwood; sister, Shonda Morris; mother in law, Vinita Thomas; brother in laws, Bill Thomas and Glenn Thomas; sister in law, Vicki Geldard; five grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
