Kirby Charles Wagner

Kirby Charles Wagner, 78, Arlington, Texas went to be with Jesus Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at Arlington Medical Hospital.

Kirby, was born on February 24, 1944 in Maryville, Missouri to Charles and Pauline (Messbarger) Wagner. Kirby graduated from Maryville High School in Maryville, MO in 1962. He attended Northwest Missouri State College and then served 6 years in the Airforce Reserves at Richards-Gebaur AFB, Missouri. Kirby started his lifetime career with General Motors in 1965 and faithfully gave them his all. He retired from General Motors after 42 years. Kirby had a heart of gold and a pure soul. He found pleasure in helping others and had so many talents. He could create or fix anything and everything that needed attention. He loved to go golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He also loved his cats.

Kirby was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Pauline (Messbarger) Wagner; sister, Donna (Wagner) Silvey.

Survivors include wife, Janet E. Wagner, Arlington, Texas; children, Matt Wagner (Melissa), St Joseph, Missouri, Mike Wagner (Audrey), Mansfield, Texas; Amy Wagner (Randy Lee), Katy, Texas; grandchildren, Trystyn “Bobo” Wagner, Katy, Texas, Tyley “Tyty” Wagner, Katy, Texas, P; great-grandson, Phoenix Wagner, Katy, Texas; brother n law, Dale Silvey, Mesa, Arizona. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
