Jo is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Waller; son, Fred Waller; parents, Lane and Ruth Mullen.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Andy Waller; daughter, Sharon McMillen; grandchildren, Brian Waller, Jeff McMillen, Sara McCauley, Tex Waller; great-grandchildren, Taylor Waller, Chasin Waller, Nora McCauley.
