Survivors: Husband, Royce Weldon; children, Krista Weldon, Seth Weldon, and Kenzie Weldon; father, Ed David and wife Carolyn; mother, Carol Eaton and husband Pat; sister, Amber Davis-Mota; brother, Terry Shufeldt, and Kenneth Barefoot.
