Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Betty Windsor; nephew, Kenneth Windsor, and niece, Lynette Windsor.
Survivors: wife, Rhonda Windsor; son, Matthew Windsor and wife Nikki; daughters, Lynnea Nelson and husband Kris, Melissa Piatt and husband Nathan, and Lindsey Windsor; brothers, Douglas Windsor and wife Sue, Earl Windsor and wife Lynnette, and Mark Windsor and wife Linda, 9 grandchildren .
